How I Found Freedom In An Increasingly Unfree World

We are living in an increasing unfree world. Travel restrictions, economic problems, civil unrest, and censorship are all major issues. On top of this, expect to see more forms of “mundane tyranny.” Things like companies forcing their employees to work longer hours for less pay. It’s a bad time to be a slave. But isn’t that always the case?

Don’t be a pawn in someone else’s game. Leave and go your own route.

This article shows how you can find freedom in an unfree world, making the most of your life and becoming a true master of your destiny.

If You Think Something Is Off, Fix It

I grew up in Midwest America. Nice people, nice environment, terribly boring. Unless you like eating casserole and watching TV, there’s nothing to do.

Also, good luck ever meeting an attractive woman.

Even as a kid I knew this wasn’t a place I wanted to live long-term. Something just didn’t feel right about being there. When you get this feeling, trust your gut.

Life is too short for settling and there’s no reason to stay somewhere you dislike.

Don’t trick yourself into wasting your life. If you feel like you’re stuck in a country where everything is closed or working overtime at a job you hate, leave. It’s that simple and there is no downside.

Today I live exactly where I want, doing what I want. And it’s fantastic.

Nothing is going to change unless you make the effort to change it.

So the first step to escaping an unfree world is to identify the problem and figure out how you will deal with it.

“Without Capital You Are Irrelevant”

The above is a direct quote from self-made billionaire Chamath Palihapitiya. It means that if you have $30,000 in credit card debt, you’re screwed. And if you have zero income outside your job, you’re screwed. But, if you have a system for generating money on your own time, you are in control of your life.

While money isn’t everything, it is your ticket to freedom.

If you’re broke, you always have to do what someone else says just to make ends meet. But if you have some cash (and a way to make more of it on your own), you’ve achieved a certain level of independence.

Start a business. Learn affiliate marketing or publish eBooks.

Build up some money and then roll it into stocks, commodities, or real estate. In a country like Vietnam, or parts of Thailand, you can live off $250,000 properly invested. So much for an unfree world, when there are whole countries where you can retire for peanuts.

Get your money under control and take your life back. It’s the easiest way to achieve freedom, since you no longer have to enslave yourself for the almighty dollar.

The Easiest Way To Escape An Unfree World? Go Where You’re Treated Best

Finally, go where you’re treated best. Move somewhere you like. Enjoy warm weather, date beautiful women, spend your time exactly how you want to.

You can’t find freedom in an unfree world unless you make a point to look for it.
