Super Squats Review – The Fastest Way To Build Muscle?

Super Squats, by Dr. Randall J. Strossen, is an old school fitness book that’s all about getting big as quickly as possible.

It’s a system many football coaches use to build players up. Likewise, golden age strong-men incorporated similar techniques for rapid gains. Why? Because the principles behind Super Squats are simple, effective, and actually work.
