Western countries are great… for making money. But they’re also boring, have limited dating options, and are located in notoriously unpleasant climates. Latin America is also great… if you can speak the local language. And if you are street smart about crime. However, there’s one place that’s safe and fun. Without the language barrier. And that’s Southeast Asia, a true single man’s paradise.
Let me explain…
1. Huge Population Means More Women
There are only nine cities with a population over one million in the United States. Unless you live in New York or Los Angeles, you’re dating pool is significantly smaller than you think.
Here’s an example.
Charleston, South Carolina has a population of 153,672. Half those people are dudes, cutting the total female population down to 76,836.
This still sounds like a lot of women.
Except we didn’t consider ages. Or marital status.
About 50,000 of the women in Charlestown are married, lowering the dating pool to 26,000. And being generous with age, let’s say that you’re willing to date women between 18 – 40.
This could easily reduce your entire potential dating pool to 10,000 – 15,000 women.
Not including looks, personality, or interests.
Realistically, there might only be 300 – 500 women you’d actually want to date. And that’s a very small pool to compete over.
In contrast, Asian megacities give you a huge dating advantage due to “law of large numbers.”
Metropolitan Bangkok has over 14 million residents.
Ho Chi Minh City has around 9 million.
And Manila has 13 million.
These cities are so big that 1% of the entire female dating pool still equals 70,000 women.
2. Lack Of Obesity
Earlier I mentioned that the dating pool in a American city with 150,000 residents might only equate to 300 women.
One of the big reasons for this?
Obesity.
The United States, as well as much of Latin America, has a huge obesity problem. And finding non-obese women is a challenge in and of itself in some regions.
Meanwhile, Thailand (the “fattest” country in Southeast Asia) has an obesity rate of 10%.
While Vietnam’s obesity rate is the lowest in the world, at only 2.1%.
Not every girl you’ll see is in Asia is super hot or looks like an Instagram model. But the majority of women are at least attractive or reasonably cute.
3. Great Weather And Environmental Variety
Dating aside, Southeast Asia has lots of other advantages.
You can see exotic animals like monkeys and elephants. There are great beach towns. History buffs will love all the unique historical sites.
And, there’s no cold weather.
This means more time relaxing at the beach, enjoying nature, sailing. And doing other fun outdoor stuff that’s “off-limits” in most of the United States due to bad weather.
Enjoying fun in the sun also means less stress, better health, and an overall boost in your quality of life.
Final Thoughts On What Makes Asia A Single Man’s Paradise
Southeast Asia has a lot going for it.
Beautiful women. Great weather. Nice beaches. Good food.
It’s also affordable, and almost everyone speaks English.
As such, it’s less stressful than any major US city. And, there’s no language barrier like there is in Brazil or Colombia.
If you’re looking for fun and adventure, Asia is still your best choice.
