Lose Some Weight Fatty!!!
If you are a fat guy, you’d better concentrate on picking up some dumbbells before you worry about picking up girls. Dating while fat is an uphill battle, and it’s going to be very hard to meet women if you are noticeably overweight.
Your best bet is to focus on losing the extra pounds. Do this and I promise you that you’ll become significantly better looking, and women will want to date you.

If it wasn’t for the face tat, you’d never know “Fat Mike” was once a world-champion heavyweight boxer. Being overweight, fat Mike Tyson’s clothes don’t even fit properly. So even if his shirt is expensive, it doesn’t scream “High Status” or “I’m Rich.” Without the recognizable tattoo, Tyson would look like a run of the mill fat guy you’d see at Olive Garden.
“Fit Mike” is a lot older, but looks significantly better. He actually looks like scary, tough guy Mike Tyson, despite his age. Even if you didn’t know who Mike Tyson was, you’d know the guy in the bottom picture spends a lot of time in the gym and isn’t somebody to mess with.
Being physically fit makes you stand out, and it tells the world that you are disciplined and mean business.
When you are overweight, you give off the impression of being dopey; harmless; and low-status. It’s hard to compensate for this, even if you are rich or buy expensive clothes.
Getting in-shape makes you a lot more attractive. A fat millionaire in ill fitting clothes can walk down the street, invisible to women. Meanwhile, a fit man will walk down the street and have women checking him out, even if he’s wearing simple clothes.
Dating While Fat And Ugly
During quarantine last year, everything was closed and there were strict punishments for being outside. As such, I spent very little time exercising, and a lot of time eating snacks or playing on my phone.
Within a few weeks, I was visibly out of shape.
And guess what? My self-confidence plummeted, and I really struggled with dating.
It took about two months for me to get back in decent shape (“Bodyweight fit,” not super muscular), but when I did; things became much easier. My self-confidence returned and I started going out with a cute college girl.
Having been down this road and back, here are my tips for escaping the fat zone:
- If you’re reading an article about being fat, you already recognize your problem. And that’s half the battle.
- Losing weight is both cheap and easy. Start eating scrambled eggs for every meal. And only drink water or black coffee.
- Buy a set of resistance bands. Do 15 minutes of curls and squats every day.
- Do 5 planks (for 1 minute each) every day. Start with two in the morning, then one in the afternoon, and two at night.
If you eat healthy and workout regularly, you’re going to noticeably improve your physique. And when you do, you will become more attractive. Once this happens, dating becomes significantly easier.
